ACADEMY STATUS

The ACADEMY of Energoinformation Sciences is an international academic and scientific institution of higher learning. It is not controlled by the state and uses creative self-governing and self-financing. It carries out basic and applied research and preparation of scientific resources in the field of eniology.
ENIOLOGY is a field of scientific and human knowledge, also being a name for the new interdisciplinary science, born at the boundary of the new philosophical comprehension of humanity's far reaching experience in a world of keen interactions among living objects and other matter. It is dedicated to the study of unexplored, objectively expressed phenomena, processes, the trends of interaction between energy and information and the interchange of matter in nature and society, encompassing humankind, social, biological, and cosmoplanetary spheres. It is also dedicated to the development of ecologically clean technology and resources which are based on utilization of unique, non-traditional principles and methods of aerodynamics, physical vacuum, cosmic biorythmology, astrology, uphology, biolocation, psychology, psychotronics, transpersonal psychology and traditions of folk health.
INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY is the judicial figurehead which voluntarily unites the world association of prominent scientists and the most competent experts in the field of eniology. The members of the Academy may also be elected from ranks of artists, experienced healers, and business leaders who contribute financially to its support.

THE MAIN PURPOSES OF THE ACADEMY

To achieve scientifically meaningful and practical results in all spheres of human activity: such results that are in harmonious relationship with nature, technology and Man based on united principles of energoinformational interactions; to acquire knowledge and achieve practical utilization of newly discovered norms in manufacturing and agriculture, in non-traditional medicine and medical technology, in social sectors, in culture and in arts.
To render help in establishing and developing eniology and folk medicine as multi-dimensional fields of scientific and practical activities; to realize their potential in economical, efficient, ecologically clean technologies, methods and means for solving actual problems of scientific/technological progress and for improving the overall health of population.
Preparation and certification of a new generation of scientists, engineers, and doctors who possess a broad outlook and a foundation of basic concepts in eniology.
Assistance of scientific-academic structures in re-training of professional staff of varied backgrounds to acquire the foundation in the concepts and norms of energoinformational interaction in nature and in new technologies created on the basis of eniology achievements.
Development of an infrastructure of scientific, technological, agricultural, cultural, medical, health-maintenance and prevention- oriented organizations.
Participation in the control of development of civil entrepreneurship in the field of eniology applications.
Assistance in the achievement of new levels of human spiritual and creative capabilities by discovery, study, and mobilization of Man's hidden potential.

DIRECTIONS OF THE ACADEMY ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS

The scientific research direction: development of eniology's methodologies and fundamentals, the study of unknown, anomalous phenomena, the discovery of the objective laws in processes of energoinformation exchange in interactions between Man and Society, nature and technology; realization of foundational research and design as related to various programs.
Engineering direction: creation and implementation of economical, non-traditional, ecologically clean technologies and methods, including medical diagnostic tools.
Coordinational direction: determination of the most important directions of foundational research in eniology; organization of scientific competitions; formation of academic structures all over the world; the quest for the original scientific methods; rendering of informational aid and formation of knowledge bases and banks of facts on the discovered and investigated phenomena; technical decisions, ideas; participation in the formation of international information systems; organization and realization of scientific-practical symposiums and conferences.
International direction: formation and realization of versatile, branch and joint programs; development of various forms of scientific and business cooperation, including mediation and complex representation of scientific, engineering and commercial partners' interests.
Production/commercial direction: the study of demand and supply of commodities, work, and services in eniology; the realization of commercial activities through the Fund of eniology's development and the production structures connected with it.
Cultural/Educational direction: creation of non-traditional works of art, architecture, movie-, video-, and photo-production; organization of concert and theatrical activities; organization of exhibitions.

PRINCIPLES OF ACADEMY ACTIVITIES

It works on the principles of the Charter of the Academy, without any interference from the state, commercial, or social structures.
It uses innovative achievements in science: physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, informational cybernetics, psychophysics, transpersonal psychology, medical sciences, sociology, history, etc..
It is formed based on the scientific-industrial and territorial principles and has in its organization the scientific branches of the most important fields of eniology and its regional branches.
It has its own scientific institutes, centers, universities, and other scientific technological structures, including institutions in which it carries out scientific pedagogical activities.
It bases its work on the principles of free election of its leaders, on their periodic accountability, collegial interactions in the developments of foundational decisions and personal responsibility in all structural links and in all spheres of activity.
It determines directions of its activities, its structure, its size and permanent schedule, expenditure on staff salaries, the price of various services, financing of scientific projects, programs, and other matters.
It uses income and profit received by the Eniology Fund from commercial and other activities to finance projects and re-investments to support its material-technical base.
